PROGRAM TIME TABLE
Our sessions are all full body sessions but each day has a different focus and intensity level.
Over the week you will have worked on fitness, strength, cardio, functional training, core and balance.
Session can be modified to any fitness & strength level and work around any pre-existing injuries.
Shred - Higher intensity cardio + Upper body strength that focuses on full body movements.
Generally a circuit style with lots of intervals.
Strength - Lower intensity class that focuses on building strength and technique and exercises to build lean muscle and burn body fat. Session has a lower body focus but still incorporates full body movements.
Beast - Higher intensity full body class. Lots of intervals / tabata work. Uses body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells and some cardio.
Grit - Higher intensity resistance training with a lower body focus but still incorporates full body movements. There is a focus on hypertrophy work and you will definitely feel your muscles burn.
Force - Higher intensity full body class. Lots of push / pull exercises, power etc. Session style changes between intervals/circuits/partner work.
Cardio HIIT - HIIT style cardio training. Guaranteed to get your sweat on! We also incorporate mini challenges in the session to have abit of fun with training.
