The 4 Week Fit Dad Prorgam is designed to help you get fitter and stronger and build lean muscle.
The 5-Day Program is a balanced full body program that can be scaled to any fitness and strength ability.
We recommend doing this program in the gym as you will need access to a barbbell + basic machines but you can do it at home with a set of adjustable Dumbbells and resistance bands if you don't have access to a gym.
We recommend completing the 4 Week Fit Dad Program 2 after this program.
